Fantsuam Foundation’s Public Health aims to enhance health outcomes in our host rural communities through innovative strategies. We engage the services of Community Care Managers (CCM) to achieve these outcomes. CCMs are a volunteers, resident within the community where they provide these services. The CCM is the first responder in times of health emergencies. Fantsuam monitors the activities of the CCM though regular meetings, receiving reports and meeting members of the host communities for direct assessment of the services being provided.
